Welcome to CompoundWiki (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including the research database, dosing calculators, glossary, user dashboard, and the AI Research Assistant (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Research and educational purpose only
The Services are provided strictly for informational, educational, and scientific-reference purposes. The compounds described are research materials. Nothing on the Site is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or encouragement to buy, sell, possess, administer, or consume any substance. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to you.
3. Not medical advice
The Services do not provide medical, clinical, diagnostic, or professional advice, and no doctor–patient or other professional relationship is created by your use of them. 4. The AI Research Assistant
The AI Research Assistant generates responses from the Site’s own content using third-party language-model providers. Its answers are automated, may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect, and must not be relied upon as advice. Do not enter personal health information you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider. By sending a message you agree to these Terms and to the processing described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Accounts
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Services unlawfully or for any unlawful end; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems; scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content except as expressly permitted; interfere with or disrupt the Services; or misrepresent yourself. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
7. User contributions
If you suggest edits or submit content, you grant CompoundWiki a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish that content in connection with the Services. You are responsible for what you submit, and we may review, moderate, or remove contributions at our discretion.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its original content, features, and design are owned by CompoundWiki and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and reference content for personal, non-commercial research use; all other use requires our permission.
9. Third-party links and vendors
The Site may reference or link to third parties, including sources and community supporters or vendors. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party site, product, or service, and listing does not constitute a recommendation.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is complete or current.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompoundWiki and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Services or reliance on any content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompoundWiki from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the site owner’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
